| Gene Description | CDK11A, cyclin-dependent kinase 11A, is also known as CDC2L2 and is one of eleven isoforms encoding CDK11, which is also encoded by CDK11B and it is not clear which CDK11 isoforms (p46, p58, and p110) correspond to CDK11 A or B (PMID: 27049727). CDK11 plays a role in the regulation of cell growth, proliferation, and apoptosis (PMID: 24007862) and aberrant expression of Cdk11 has a role in tumor progression in multiple tumor types (PMID: 27049727, PMID: 28262798, PMID: 27207777, PMID: 26470709). | ||||||||||
