| Gene Description | WNT7A, Wnt family member 7A, is a secreted protein and member of the family of 19 Wnt secreted glycoproteins (PMID: 32174831) that activates canonical Wnt signalling pathways (PMID: 22232518) and may play a role in autophagy and inflammation (PMID: 31852613). WNT7A overexpression has been reported in ovarian cancer (PMID: 22232518), while decreased expression in hepatocellular carcinoma has been associated with decreased survival (PMID: 31886205). | ||||||||||
