| Gene Description | VTCN1, V-set domain containing T cell activation inhibitor 1, is a member of the B7-family proteins that regulates immune response and tumor microenvironment (PMID: 28258701) and is an inhibitory immune checkpoint protein (PMID: 31555486, PMID: 31677920). VTCN1 overexpression has been identified in a wide variety of tumors (PMID: 28258701), including pancreatic cancer (PMID: 31282407), ovarian cancer (PMID: 31128028), and colorectal cancer (PMID: 30363700). | ||||||||||
