| Gene Description | LIN28A, lin-28 homolog A, is an RNA-binding protein that functions in regulation of RNA processing and inhibits the processing of Let-7, and plays a role in cellular self-renewal and metabolism (PMID: 28400788, PMID: 23561442). Overexpression of Lin28a has been observed in several tumor types including head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (PMID: 31574415) and epithelial ovarian cancer (PMID: 30365085). | ||||||||||
