| Gene Description | TUSC3, tumor suppressor candidate 3, regulates protein glycosylation (PMID: 24685145) and plays a role in magnesium transport and homeostasis (PMID: 19717468, PMID: 28272772). Decreased expression of Tusc3 has been observed in pancreatic (PMID: 26871953) and renal cell carcinoma (PMID: 31186719), increased promoter methylation has been identified in ovarian cancer (PMID: 23096450) and glioblastoma (PMID: 27177902), and overexpression of Tusc3 has been observed in colorectal cancer (PMID: 30115537) and non-small cell lung cancer (PMID: 28487226). | ||||||||||
