| Gene Description | ZNF703, zinc finger protein 703, is a member of the NET family of transcription repressor that is involved in embryonic development (PMID: 19014486) and activation of PI3K/AKT/GSK3beta and mTOR signaling (PMID: 23991038). ZNF703 amplification and overexpression have been associated with breast (PMID: 21328542, PMID: 24156016), gastric (PMID: 24481460), colorectal (PMID: 25017610), head and neck (PMID: 26063961), thyroid (PMID: 30361900), non-small cell lung cancer (PMID: 27650486), and cholangiocarcinoma (PMID: 27764785). | ||||||||||
