| Gene Description | HMGA2, high mobility group AT-hook 2, is a member of the HMGA subfamily of proteins and is a DNA-binding protein that binds to AT-rich regions in DNA, and plays a role in chromatin remodeling (PMID: 25859543, PMID: 17169561). Overexpression of HMGA2 has been identified in various solid tumors (PMID: 31432151, PMID: 25859543), including breast (PMID: 27063096), pancreatic (PMID: 22276603), ovarian (PMID: 20228781), and gastric cancer (PMID: 28119367). | ||||||||||
