| Gene Description | H3C3, H3 clustered histone 3, encodes a member of the histone H3 family, and plays a role in nucleosome assembly, and cell division (PMID: 25288118, PMID: 14718166, PMID: 11420717). Mutations in H3c3 have been identified in high-grade astrocytoma (PMID: 24705250), and methylation of H3C3 is associated with reduced survival in neuroblastoma patients (PMID: 23034519). | ||||||||||
