| Gene Description | TRAF7, TNF receptor-associated factor 7, E3 ubiquitin protein ligase, acts as an E3 ligase for multiple NF-kappaB pathway members and for Tp53, and plays a role in regulation of several signaling pathways and in promoting apoptosis (PMID: 23128672, PMID: 22105767, PMID: 27808423). Mutations in TRAF7 are associated with non-NF2 meningiomas (PMID: 23348505, PMID: 31963394, PMID: 31177425, PMID: 30294322) and papillary mesothelioma (PMID: 30171198), while overexpression has been observed in hepatocellular carcinoma (PMID: 31730901). | ||||||||||
