| Gene Description | SUPT3H, SPT3 homolog, SAGA and STAGA complex component, is a subunit of the STAGA transcriptional coactivator complex (PMID: 11564863), which plays a role in transcriptional regulation and cell proliferation (PMID: 17967894), and is involved in growth and self-renewal of embryonic stem cells (PMID: 35871303). Fusions involving SUPT3H been identified in tenosynovial giant cell tumor (PMID: 29668829) and blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm (PMID: 25860292). | ||||||||||
