| Gene Description | GLIS2, GLIS family zinc finger 2, is a transcription factor associated with regulation of several cellular processes, including differentiation, proliferation, inflammation, epithelial-mesenchymal transition, and hedgehog signaling (PMID: 21127075, PMID: 21816948, PMID: 29779043). Glis2 overexpression has been identified in gastric cancer (PMID: 30320360), and GLIS2 fusions have been associated with acute myeloid leukemia (PMID: 23153540, PMID: 28292442, PMID: 30592296). | ||||||||||
