| Gene Description | CDC42BPA, CDC42 binding protein kinase alpha, is a serine/threonine kinase that functions downstream of Cdc42, thus regulating cytoskeleton organization and cell motility (PMID: 15723050). Elevated Cdc42bpa expression has been identified in high-grade serous ovarian carcinoma (PMID: 32071169) and has been correlated with metastasis and poor survival in colon cancer patients (PMID: 29072916). | ||||||||||
