| Gene Description | PIK3R3, phosphoinositide-3-kinase regulatory subunit 3, is a class 1A PI3K regulatory subunit that plays a role in cell proliferation, differentiation, and migration (PMID: 24837077, PMID: 22722333). PIK3R3 amplification and overexpression has been demonstrated in ovarian cancer (PMID: 17875760), and overexpression has been demonstrated in several additional tumor types, including pancreatic cancer (PMID: 29719293), uveal melanoma (PMID: 30825222), and gastric cancer (PMID: 22876838). | ||||||||||
