| Gene Description | NCOA1, nuclear receptor coactivator 1, encodes a member of the steroid receptor coactivator (SRC) family that mediates hormone-dependent transcription (PMID: 24111892) and plays a role in growth regulation, development (PMID: 22419892), and energy metabolism (PMID: 24953190). Increased NCOA1 expression has been observed in prostate cancer (PMID: 16140968) and breast cancer (PMID: 15452162), and NCOA1 fusions have been identified in rhabdomyosarcoma (PMID: 32187044, PMID: 15313887), uterine tumor (PMID: 32964092), and lung adenocarcinoma (PMID: 30799936). | ||||||||||
