| Gene Description | STX11, syntaxin 11, is a member of the SNARE family that regulates lytic granules fusion in cytotoxic T-cells (PMID: 24227526) and degranulation of macrophages and NK cells (PMID: 21388490, PMID: 23042080). Germline STX11 mutations result in familial hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis type-4 (PMID: 15703195), and STX11 loss has been identified in peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PMID: 26176172). | ||||||||||
