| Gene Description | DYRK4, dual specificity tyrosine phosphorylation regulated kinase 4, is a member of the DYRK protein kinase family (PMID: 21127067) and may play a role in regulating neurite morphology (PMID: 22359282) and spermiogenesis (PMID: 17292540). A DYRK4 fusion with RAD51AP1 has been identified in luminal B breast cancer (PMID: 33172895), Dyrk4 expression is downregulated in lung, prostate, and stomach cancer, and varies in kidney cancer (PMID: 32751160). | ||||||||||
