| Gene Description | CCNA1, cyclin A1, is a testis-specific cyclin that binds CDK2 and CDC2 kinases (PMID: 31289545) and may play a role in germ cell cell cycle control (PMID: 19001847). Expression of Ccna1 has been identified in hematological cancers (PMID: 9639417), urothelial carcinomas of the bladder (PMID: 25039670) and cervical cancer (PMID: 31933719) and overexpression is associated with poor prognosis in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (PMID: 31289545). | ||||||||||
