| Gene Description | CCNB1, cyclin B1, is a regulatory subunit of cyclin-dependent kinase 1 (CDK1) and plays a role in the regulation of the cell cycle (PMID: 27030811). CCNB1 overexpression has been demonstrated in a variety of solid tumors (PMID: 27030811), including adrenal cortical carcinoma (PMID: 32207273), and has been associated with decreased survival in glioblastoma (PMID: 29901201) and may be a marker for hormone therapy resistance in ER-positive breast cancer (PMID: 25044212). | ||||||||||
