| Gene Description | BCL10, BCL10 immune signaling adaptor, acts to link Card and Malt1 proteins during immune responses, playing a critical role in the activation of nuclear factor-kappaB (NF-kappaB) (PMID: 30022982, PMID: 30814996). BCL10 translocation and expression alterations are associated with MALT lymphoma (PMID: 27452667, PMID: 29225710), and BCL10 mutations have been identified in subtypes of lymphoma (PMID: 29225710, PMID: 29289361) and in chemorefractory acute myeloid leukemia (PMID: 29253671). | ||||||||||
