| Gene Description | LRRFIP1, LRR binding FLII interacting protein 1, represses transcription of several genes and may play a role in cancer metastasis and invasion (PMID: 26047573). Expression of Lrrfip1 has been implicated in cellular invasion in colorectal cancer (PMID: 22750095) and LRRFIP1 fusions have been observed in myeloproliferative syndrome (PMID: 19369959), glioblastoma (PMID: 36780194), and atypical Spitz tumors (PMID: 26013381). | ||||||||||
