| Gene Description | CRB3, crumbs cell polarity complex component 3, regulates and maintains epithelial polarity through tight junctions (PMID: 31087799, PMID: 30980524) and is involved in epithelial-mesenchymal transition (PMID: 25552927). Methylation and decreased expression of CRB3 have been assocaited with poor prognosis in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (PMID: 31147860), and altered Crb3 expression levels have been observed in different subtypes of breast cancer (PMID: 31087799). | ||||||||||
