| Gene Description | S1PR2, sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor 2, mediates sphingolipid signaling through activation of G-protein coupled receptors, thus plays a role in diverse cellular functions including wound healing, immune response, metabolism, and carcinogenesis (PMID: 23879641). S1PR2 inactivating mutations have been associated with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (PMID: 26989186, PMID: 27980305), S1PR2 mutations have been identified in follicular lymphoma (PMID: 27959929), and overexpression of S1pr2 has been identified in bladder cancer (PMID: 30712233). | ||||||||||
