| Gene Description | TRIP13, thyroid hormone receptor interactor 13, encodes a member of the AAA+ protein superfamily of ring-shaped P-loop NTPases that regulates mitotic checkpoint and DNA repair (PMID: 31321001, PMID: 31915374). Germline TRIP3 inactivating mutations are associated with mosaic-variegated aneuploidy and increased Wilms tumor susceptibility (PMID: 28553959), and Trip13 overexpression has been identified in mycosis fungoides (PMID: 22513784), lung (PMID: 29567476), prostate (PMID: 30267820), colorectal (PMID: 27609023), head and neck cancer (PMID: 25078033), and multiple myeloma (PMID: 28157697). | ||||||||||
