| Gene Description | TNFRSF8 (CD30), TNF receptor superfamily member 8, encodes for a receptor found on activated T- and B-cells (PMID: 28521633) and stimulation results in NF-kappaB induction, thereby playing a role in cell survival (PMID: 9032281, PMID: 31758531). Overexpression of TNFRSF8 (CD30) has been observed in various types of lymphoma including Hodgkin's lymphoma and anaplastic large cell lymphoma (PMID: 23904233). | ||||||||||
