| Gene Description | QKI, QKI, KH domain containing RNA binding, is a member of the STAR RNA protein family and plays a role in post-transcriptional regulation, developmental processes, and the formation of myelin (PMID: 23630077). QKI fusions, with several gene partners, have been identified in gliomas (PMID: 23817572, PMID: 23583981, PMID: 31595628) and decreased Qki expression has been observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (PMID: 32047543), while overexpression in breast cancer has been associated with decreased survival (PMID: 31934023). | ||||||||||
