| Gene Description | ENTPD1 (CD39), ectonucleoside triphosphate diphosphohydrolase 1, converts ATP to adenosine to regulate cellular homeostasis and functions as an immune checkpoint inhibitor (PMID: 29914571). ENTPD1 (CD39) high expression in the tumor microenvironment has been implicated as a prognostic biomarker in a variety of tumor types, including gastric, hepatocellular, and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (PMID: 29914571, PMID: 28258700). | ||||||||||
