| Gene Description | PDE4DIP, phosphodiesterase 4D interacting protein, anchors phosphodiesterase 4D to the Golgi/centrosome region of the cell, thus is involved in cAMP signaling (PMID: 23055623, PMID: 26562185). A PDE4DIP-NTRK1 fusion has been identified in soft tissue sarcoma (PMID: 29606586), a PDE4DIP-NOTCH2 fusion has been identified in intimal sarcoma (PMID: 31480474), and a microduplication in PDE4DIP has been observed in pineoblastoma (PMID: 30030436). | ||||||||||
