| Gene Description | DEPDC5, DEP domain containing 5, GATOR1 subcomplex subunit, is involved in the regulation of cell growth and metabolism through inhibition of mTORC1 signaling under amino acid-deficient conditions (PMID: 23723238, PMID: 31548394). Mutations in DEPDC5 have been identified in gastrointestinal stromal tumors (PMID: 31636198), glioblastoma, ovarian tumors (PMID: 23723238), pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (PMID: 29486199), uterine leiomyomas (PMID: 25964426), and hepatocellular carcinoma (PMID: 22339805). | ||||||||||
