Gene Variant Descriptions CDK12 P1275L lies within the proline-rich motif region of the Cdk12 protein (PMID: 22512864). P1275L has been identified in the scientific literature (PMID: 26979391, PMID: 29642553, PMID: 26343384), but has not been biochemically characterized and therefore, its effect on Cdk12 protein function is unknown (PubMed, Oct 2023).
