Gene Variant Descriptions RUNX1-RUNX1T1 (also referred to as RUNX1-ETO) results from the fusion of RUNX1 and RUNX1T1, and leads to altered transcriptional regulation and a mutator phenotype (PMID: 22201794, PMID: 26050648). RUNX1-RUNX1T1 fusions are associated with acute myeloid leukemia (PMID: 22201794).
