Gene Variant Descriptions ROS1 positive indicates the presence of the ROS1 gene, mRNA, and/or protein. ROS1 positive has been used alternatively to refer to presence of a ROS1 fusion or rearrangement. For related data, refer to ROS1 fusion or ROS1 rearrange in CKB.
