Gene Variant Descriptions RUNX1 L198* results in a premature truncation of the Runx1 protein at amino acid 198 of 453 (UniProt.org). L198* has not been characterized, however, due to the effects of other truncation mutations downstream of L198 (PMID: 25840971), L198* is predicted to lead to a loss of Runx1 protein function.
