Gene Variant Descriptions DNMT3A G302del results in the deletion of an amino acid in the PWWP domain of the Dnmt3a protein at amino acid 302 (UniProt.org). G302del has been identified in the scientific literature (PMID: 24659740), but has not been biochemically characterized and therefore, its effect on Dnmt3a protein function is unknown (PubMed, Jan 2024).
