Gene Variant Descriptions RUNX1 P398L lies within the proline/serine/threonine rich region at the C-terminus of the Runx1 protein (UniProt.org). P398L demonstrates DNA binding and transcription activity similar to wild type Runx1 protein in culture (PMID: 25840971).
