Gene Variant Descriptions STK11 L182P lies within the protein kinase domain of the Stk11 protein (UniProt.org). L182P is predicted to lead to a loss of catalytic activity based on structural modeling (PMID: 29447078), and demonstrates reduced association with the Strad-Mo25 complex (PMID: 26212320), and therefore, is predicted to lead to a loss of Stk11 protein function.
