Gene Variant Descriptions FGFR2-FN1 results from the fusion of FGFR2 and FN1 (Cancer Res 2019;79(13 Suppl):Abstract nr 2206). FGFR2-FN1 has not been characterized and therefore, the effect on protein function is unknown (PubMed, Jul 2020).
