Gene Variant Descriptions CEBPA R288P lies within the bZIP domain of the Cebpa protein (UniProt.org). R288P is predicted to destabilize Cebpa protein based on structural modeling (PMID: 31621694), but has not been biochemically characterized and therefore, its effect on Cebpa protein function is unknown (PubMed, Apr 2020).
