Gene Variant Descriptions FGFR1-ERC1 results from the fusion of FGFR1 and ERC1 (PMID: 33020650). FGFR1-ERC1 has been identified in high-grade gliomas (PMID: 33020650), but has not been biochemically characterized and therefore, the effect on protein function is unknown (PubMed, Jun 2022).
