MM-141 (Istiratumab) is a monoclonal antibody, which binds to human epidermal growth factor receptor B3 (ERBB3) and the human insulin-like growth factor-1 receptor (IGF-1R), blocking ligand binding and preventing activation of PI3K/AKT signaling (NCI Drug Dictionary).
