Filtering

  • Case insensitive filtering will display rows if any text in any cell matches the filter term
  • Use simple literal full or partial string matches
  • Separate multiple filter terms with a space. Any order may be used (i. e. a b c and c b a are equivalent )
  • Filtering will only apply to rows that are already loaded on the page. Filtering has no impact on query parameters.
  • Use quotes to match on a longer phrase with spaces (i.e. "mtor c1483f")

Sorting

  • Generally, the default sort order for tables is set to be first column ascending; however, specific tables may set a different default sort order.
  • Click on any column header arrows to sort by that column
  • Hold down the Shift key and click multiple columns to sort by more than one column. Be sure to set ascending or descending order for a given column before moving on to the next column.

Drug Name Trade Name Synonyms Drug Classes Drug Description
Abiraterone Zytiga CB7630 Hormone - Anti-androgens 48 Zytiga (abiraterone) inhibits cytochrome P-450c17, resulting in decreased androgen synthesis (PMID: 25560485). Zytiga (abiraterone) is FDA approved for patients with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (FDA.gov).
Bicalutamide Casodex Hormone - Anti-androgens 48 Casodex (bicalutamide) is an androgen-receptor antagonist that binds androgen receptors and inhibits androgen binding, therefore inhibits AR-dependent growth of tumor cells (PMID: 9428389). Casodex (bicalutamide) is approved, in combination with a luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone (LHRH) analog, for metastatic carcinoma of the prostate (FDA.gov).
Leuprolide Lupron Leuprorelin Lupron (leuprolide) is an agonist of gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH), which results decreased testosterone production in males and decreased estradiol production in females, potentially leading to decreased growth of androgen-positive tumors (NCI Drug Dictionary).
Prednisone Adasone Dehydrocortisone Adasone (prednisone) is a corticosteroid which functions as an immunosuppressant and anti-inflammatory agent and which may stimulate apoptosis in tumor cells (NCI Drug Dictionary).
Talazoparib Talzenna BMN673 PARP Inhibitor (Pan) 30 Talzenna (talazoparib) is an inhibitor of PARP1 and PARP2, which prevents the DNA repair of single strand DNA breaks, thus causing the accumulation of DNA strand breaks, genomic instability and apoptosis, and leads to lethality in homologous recombination repair deficient cells (PMID: 28242752). Talzenna (talazoparib) is FDA approved for use in patients with ERBB2 (HER2)-negative breast cancer harboring deleterious or suspected deleterious germline BRCA mutations, and in combination with Xtandi (enzalutamide) in patients with homologous recombination repair gene (ATM, ATR, BRCA1/2, CDK12, CHEK2, FANCA, MLH1, MRE11A, NBN, PALB2, or RAD51C)-mutated metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (FDA.gov).
