Therapy Description

Filtering

  • Case insensitive filtering will display rows if any text in any cell matches the filter term
  • Use simple literal full or partial string matches
  • Separate multiple filter terms with a space. Any order may be used (i. e. a b c and c b a are equivalent )
  • Filtering will only apply to rows that are already loaded on the page. Filtering has no impact on query parameters.
  • Use quotes to match on a longer phrase with spaces (i.e. "mtor c1483f")

Sorting

  • Generally, the default sort order for tables is set to be first column ascending; however, specific tables may set a different default sort order.
  • Click on any column header arrows to sort by that column
  • Hold down the Shift key and click multiple columns to sort by more than one column. Be sure to set ascending or descending order for a given column before moving on to the next column.

AB154 AB-154|AB 154|Domvanalimab Immune Checkpoint Inhibitor 148 TIGIT Antibody 19 AB154 (domvanalimab) is a monoclonal antibody that targets T-cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains (TIGIT), potentially resulting in enhanced immune response (Cancer Immunol Res 2019;7(2 Suppl):Abstract nr A124).
AB680 AB-680|AB 680|quemliclustat Adenosine Targeting 23 CD73 Antibody 12 AB680 is an inhibitor that selectively targets CD73, resulting in decreased production of extracellular adenosine (ADO), and potentially leading to decreased ADO-mediated T-cell suppression and improved anti-tumor immunity (Cancer Res 2018;78(13 Suppl):Abstract nr 1756, PMID: 32614585).
Zimberelimab GLS-010|AB122|AB-122|GLS010 Immune Checkpoint Inhibitor 148 PD-L1/PD-1 antibody 117 Zimberelimab (GLS-010) is a monoclonal antibody that targets PD-1 (PDCD1) and inhibits binding of the PD-L1 (CD274) ligand, potentially resulting in enhanced anti-tumor immune response (PMID: 28679395).
