Zebularine is a cytidine analog that is incorporated into DNA and forms a complex with DNA methyltransferases, resulting in decreased DNA methylation and potentially leading to activation of silenced tumor suppressor genes and decreased tumor cell growth (PMID: 16239434, PMID: 15324698, PMID: 19138966). |
Filtering
