Therapy Description

E7046 is a small molecule inhibitor of E2 receptor type 4 (EP4), which may result in antitumor activity including inhibition of cell proliferation and reduced tumor growth (Mol Cancer Ther 2015;14(12 Suppl 2):Abstract nr B198).

Filtering
