Therapy Description

Filtering

  • Case insensitive filtering will display rows if any text in any cell matches the filter term
  • Use simple literal full or partial string matches
  • Separate multiple filter terms with a space. Any order may be used (i. e. a b c and c b a are equivalent )
  • Filtering will only apply to rows that are already loaded on the page. Filtering has no impact on query parameters.
  • Use quotes to match on a longer phrase with spaces (i.e. "mtor c1483f")

Sorting

  • Generally, the default sort order for tables is set to be first column ascending; however, specific tables may set a different default sort order.
  • Click on any column header arrows to sort by that column
  • Hold down the Shift key and click multiple columns to sort by more than one column. Be sure to set ascending or descending order for a given column before moving on to the next column.

Margetuximab-cmkb Margenza MGAH22|MGAH-22 HER2 (ERBB2) Antibody 74 Margenza (margetuximab-cmkb) is a monoclonal antibody that binds ERBB2 (HER2) and induces antitumor response against ERBB2 (HER2)-expressing tumor cells (PMID: 22129105, PMID: 32653053). Margenza (margetuximab-cmkb) in combination with chemotherapy is FDA approved for use in patients with metastatic ERBB2 (HER2)-positive breast cancer who had received two or more prior anti-ERBB2 (HER2) therapies (FDA.gov).
Oxaliplatin Eloxatin Diaminocyclohexane Oxalatoplatinum Chemotherapy - Platinum 7 Eloxatin (oxaliplatin) is comprised of a platinum complex, which causes DNA-platinum cross-links, inhibition of DNA replication and transcription, and cell toxicity, and is FDA approved for colorectal cancer (FDA.gov).
Retifanlimab Zynyz MGA 012|INCMGA00012|MGA012|retifanlimab-dlwr Immune Checkpoint Inhibitor 148 PD-L1/PD-1 antibody 117 Zynyz (retifanlimab) is a humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody that targets PD-1 (PDCD1) and inhibits binding of the PD-L1 (CD274) ligand, potentially resulting in enhanced anti-tumor immune response (AACR; Cancer Res 2019;79(13 Suppl):Abstract nr CT085).
