| Gene Description | OPTN, optineurin, is a coiled-coil domain containing protein that has a variety of functions, including vesicle transport, actin reorganization, cell cycle control, regulation of NF-kB signaling, and autophagy (PMID: 29971063, PMID: 24244017). An FGFR2-OPTN fusion has been identified in intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (PMID: 28034880). | ||||||||||
