| Gene Description | CDK7, cyclin dependent kinase 7, is a component of the transcription factor IIH (TFIIH) complex, which is involved in transcription and DNA repair (PMID: 29545334, PMID: 28792271). Overexpression of Cdk7 has been observed in a variety of solid tumor types including, triple-negative breast cancer (PMID: 28455421), ER-positive breast cancer (PMID: 27301701), gastric cancer (PMID: 27562173), intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (PMID: 32174795), and epithelial ovarian cancer (PMID: 31776040). | ||||||||||
