| Gene Description | ABCC4, ATP binding cassette subfamily C member 4, functions in transport of various molecules out of the cell (PMID: 16586096, PMID: 18353444). Abcc4 expression is dysregulated in various tumor types, such as neuroblastoma (PMID: 28735070) and overexpression has been associated with drug resistance (PMID: 18353444, PMID: 25572969, PMID: 26499190, PMID: 28765596), and an ABCC4-ETV4 fusion has been identified in prostate adenocarcinoma (PMID: 31109592). | ||||||||||
