| Gene Description | PAK4, p21 (RAC1) activated kinase 4, is a serine/threonine-protein kinase PAK 4 that is a member of the group 2 family of PAKs that functions in regulation of the cytoskeleton, cell adhesion, migration, growth, and proliferation (PMID: 29508632). Overexpression of Pak4 has been observed in pancreatic, lung, breast, and ovarian cancer, where it may correlate with poor prognosis (PMID: 29508632, PMID: 29330094), and amplification and overexpression has been observed in bladder cancer (PMID: 32231273). | ||||||||||
