| Gene Description | TFG, trafficking from ER to golgi regulator, plays a role in regulation of intracellular trafficking and plays a role in the COPII-coated vesicle transport system (PMID: 31036933). TFG fusions, with multiple gene partners, have been identified in several tumor types, including TFG-MET in thyroid carcinoma (PMID: 28512244), TFG-RET in papillary thyroid cancer (PMID: 32345963), TFG-FGFR1 in AML (PMID: 31802477), and TFG-NR4A3 in extraskeletal myxoid chondrosarcoma (PMID: 24508382). | ||||||||||
