| Gene Description | DLC1, DLC1 Rho GTPase activating protein, is also known as deleted in liver cancer 1 (PMID: 29785050) and converts Rho proteins to the inactive state, thereby regulating cellular processes of cell proliferation and cytoskeleton organization (PMID: 29785050). Decreased expression and DLC1 missense mutations have been observed in gastric cancer (PMID: 26401016, PMID: 31145962) and liver cancer (PMID: 29785050), and increased Dlc1 expression in non-small cell lung cancer has been associated with increased survival (PMID: 31059015). | ||||||||||
